Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to FairBazaar SaaS products together with your order form. If there is a conflict, the order form prevails.

1. Plans and users

Your plan, number of users or employees, modules and fees are specified in your order form.

2. Billing and taxes

Fees are billed in advance for the billing period in your order form. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless either party gives notice before the end of the current term as specified in the order form.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Services. We process it according to our Data Processing Policy and Privacy Policy.

5. Data export

You can request an export of your data in a commonly used format during your subscription and for a limited period after it ends, as specified in your agreement. After that period, data is deleted from active systems subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.

6. Service levels

Availability and support commitments are described in our SLA and your order form.

7. Acceptable use

Use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Changes to the Services

We continuously improve the Services and may modify features. We will not materially reduce core functionality of your subscribed plan during a paid term without notice.
