Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of FairBazaar SaaS products and platforms we operate ("Services").

You must not

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian or other applicable law.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is defamatory, obscene or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by introducing malware, excessive automated requests or load testing without permission.
• Use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to impersonate others.
• Collect personal data of others through the Services without a lawful basis.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission.

Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and will notify the account owner where appropriate.
