Our approach

We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind:

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a "Skip to content" link.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative visuals are hidden from assistive technology.
• Sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations are minimised when requested.
• Accessible forms with labels, error messages and status announcements.
• Captions for product videos.

Known limitations

Some interactive visualisations convey information that is also provided in adjacent text. We continue to test with assistive technologies and improve.
